Have had a good experience with Kemba until I went to get pre qualified for a mortage. No communication what so ever. Needed a pre approval letter to view a home we wanted to offer on and we would have been out of luck if using Kemba. Would have taken over one week of get pre qualified and I went somewhere else. Brandon Cooper at First Ohio hime mortgage got me pre qualified in about two hours and the whole home buying experience has been bliss with them ever since.

I do like this bank which we have been with for years EXCEPT when you buy a car and have a joint bank account. If you buy your car and do not have your spouse on the car loan you have to set up a new account in the name on the loan and then CANNOT do a direct transfer of funds from joint account to the car loan directly. There is also no way you can add that car loan on to your joint account. VERY frustrating and inconvenient. So we have to take money out of the account we always use put it in the account we do not use then get into the account we don't use to pay the car payment
